Earthy juniper, bright American citrus, and hints of coriander and angelica root form the base of this cask-aged gin. Rested for at least three months in American oak, it gains layers of creamy caramel, vanilla, and butterscotch. Rich yet refreshing, with a long, floral finish, it’s a fine showcase of how barrel ageing transforms gin.
