We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 working days, therefore if you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item(s) and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item or send a replacement.
All item(s) must have the original labels or tags attached.
If you require a refund because the item is not as ordered, you must contact us within 14 days and you will need to return the item(s) to us in the same condition you received it within 30 days of shipment.
To ensure the safe return of the item(s), we suggest that you return all items via a tracked service such as that offered by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.

Once your return has been received your Credit/Debit Card will be refunded within 3-7 working days. Your exchange should arrive within 3-7 working days. If there is a delay we will inform you.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund postal charges.

When you send your item(s) back to us we’ll process the returned item then you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 – 10 days of our receiving your return.
All item(s) returned as damaged or defective will be checked for faults. In the event that no fault is found, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred.
Where you are returning an entire order, we will refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred.
We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part, because it is defective, or because it was eligible for free returns.
Items returned under the 30-day or 14-day returns guarantee:
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item.
We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
