A timeless classic cocktail that has been around for over 150 years, the aptly named Old Fashioned is made with Whiskey, sugar and bitters. This recipe uses demerara sugar which is combined with gum arabic to create their in-house gomme syrup, they add that to whiskey that is aged in virgin oak casks and bitters infused with cherry wood. The result is a rich and indulgent old fashioned that is better than most bars make.
