The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured is a lightly peated single malt fully aged in first-fill oloroso sherry butts from Bodega José y Miguel Martín in Andalusia. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, it offers rich, warming sherry notes layered with gentle smoke. Launched exactly a year after the distillery’s first release, it balances sweet dried fruits, nutty complexity and subtle maritime influence for a refined, full-flavoured dram.
