From steep granite terraces at the northern edge of the appellation. The site’s altitude and exposure lend freshness to the naturally rich fruit, which shows aromas of apricot, jasmine and citrus peel with a touch of almond. Fermentation and ageing in oak have added gentle texture without masking the wine’s precision. The palate is broad yet balanced, carried by clean acidity and a fine mineral thread. The finish is long and subtly saline, reflecting both granite soils and restrained winemaking.
