SMOS Orkney Highland Park 16 Year Old

This Orcadian distillery is well known for its distinctive heather-like peat smoke, creating a rich and characterful single malt. Amber in colour, on the nose you’ll find rich blossom honey, with a hint of heather smoke and toasted almond. Wonderfully rich with plenty of runny honey and blood orange, accompanied by wood smoke embers the finish is all lingering spice, with coal smoke and orange oil.
