This is a very serious Riesling plumpful of amazing value for the money. Super concentrated lime cordial on the nose with hints of kerosene. It’s very floral and notes of white flowers and jasmine. Although it is full of energy, the acidity is a little more rounded than you might expect, making this a very gastronomic wine indeed. The extra time on lees has really given this wine a broader dimension.
