All the classic cherry, herb and tea leaf aromas of Chianti and the Sangiovese grape with a hint of spice from some barrel ageing. Medium in body and super juicy, it has good structure and gentle tannins married to a lovely gentle finish. Not as weighty as the top Chianti’s which makes it much more approachable.
