A very interesting Cab Franc indeed! Made from grapes grown on their own sites based in Hambach and Mussbach, Oliver Zeter has created a complex red wine which boasts a wide palette and a long finish. It is left to mature in Italian amphora which allows the wine do develop a pure, fruit focused flavour, full of dark winter berries complete with a smoky finish and smooth sophisticated tannins.
