Mouchao Alentejo red is a blend of Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira, traditionally foot-trodden and fermented in lagares, then aged in large wooden vats and bottle before release. Warm, spicy aromas lead to rich dark fruit, savoury olives, and mixed berries. Smooth, generous and beautifully fresh, with softened tannins, superb balance and length. Drinking beautifully now, with more to come.
