No tricks here, just a youthful and exquisite Sauvignon Blanc with prominent asparagus, mature peach and exotic fruit notes on the nose. The Mayfly, so symbolic of the first warmth of summer in New Zealand is a Marlborough wine we are sure will have wine drinkers hooked from the first sip! Fresh and deliciously crisp with excellent natural acidity and a long citric and peach aftertaste as well as a rounded body and good structure. We love this wine with oily grilled fish but we could easily see this matching beautifully with asian style seafood.
