This is a dry flinty white wine. Delicate floral and nettle aromas. The palate is fresh with hints of apple, quince and citrus, all held together by a tight mineral structure. The vineyard’s terrior has a high proportion of flinty soil, producing a more mineral, tauter wine. Excellent with seafood – oysters, scallops; fish, white meats
