Margaret River is to Western Australia what Beaune is to Burgundy – home to the region’s best Chardonnays. And given that it comes from Larry Cherubino this has everything going for it. Radiant in the glass, it marries bright citrus and stone fruit notes with a subtle oak embrace. Lively acidity dances on the palate, while a graceful finish lingers pleasantly in the mouth. Harmonious and refined it’s a lot of wine for a very moderate outlay.
