Located on the ancient volcanic slopes of the Soave Classico zone, ‘Tovi’ showcases the deep connection between basalt-rich soils and the mineral expression of Garganega. Inama focuses on low-intervention viticulture, hand-harvesting fruit and fermenting in stainless steel to preserve freshness and precision. Lees ageing adds textural complexity while allowing the wine’s aromatic purity to shine. This cuvée exemplifies the crystalline character of Soave when grown in the heart of its historical zone. Notes of jasmine, almond, peach and citrus blossom lift from the glass, underpinned by a taut mineral core. The palate is clean and lively with a gently herbal finish – ideal with risotto, seafood or grilled vegetables.
