The fruit for this lively and delicious wines comes from a range of vineyards across the Wairau valley in Marlborough, New Zealand’s home of Sauvignon Blanc. Straight after picking the fruit is immediately pressed and clarified before cool fermentation with a choice of yeasts designed to give excellent flavour and aromatics. It has nicely perfumed aromas with nettle and ripe tropical fruits which are also evident on the palate along with limey flavours and a rich minerality – a sign of classic Marlborough Sauvignon.
