Château Moulin de la Rose, a family estate in Saint-Julien, is celebrated for its gravel soils and classic terroir expression. The 2016 vintage shows a medium to deep garnet-purple colour with aromas of blackcurrant, redcurrant, kirsch, pencil shavings and subtle wood smoke. On the palate it is medium-bodied, elegant and harmonious, with fine balance, supple tannins and a graceful freshness that reflects both tradition and four generations of expertise.
