An organic, traditional-method Cava made from 100% Pinot Noir by Carlos and Nuria Sumarroca. Crafted using only free-run juice and aged for at least 15 months, it qualifies as Reserva. Pale salmon-pink in colour, it shows fragrant aromas of wild strawberry, red berries and gentle floral notes. The palate is soft and fruity with a pleasing, rounded texture, finishing delicately fresh and beautifully balanced.
