First of all apricot and vine peach, followed by magnificent notes of elderberry, aniseed, mint and a plethora of white flowers. The mouth is perfectly balanced as a result of harvesting in two passes; fresh, fruity and dense, with the presence of exotic fruit mingled with subtle, well-integrated, oaky notes. The finish is as succulent as ever, with that characteristic touch of salinity.
