This Pecorino is aged on the lees for three months to add extra complexity and smoothness on the palate. The result is a vibrant, fresh white wine with enticing hints of papaya, mango, and lychee. On the palate there is a mouth-watering freshness, creamy texture, and ripe tropical fruit flavours which linger long on the tongue.
