Stéphane`s white Temps est Venu is an unoaked blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette, Marsanne and Bourboulenc. Pale lemon-gold in the glass, aromas are attractive and delicately lifted, recalling ripe peach, apple blossom with a hint of freshly cut grass. Medium bodied, this has good intensity of middle fruit, stony minerality and a racy finish.
