Using grapes from the Premier Cru ‘Les Fourneaux’, situated on the eastern border of Chablis near the village of Fleys, this is all crushed stone, smoke with touches of grilled walnut. Backed up with superb delineation, the palate is taut, crisp and excitingly fresh with a pronounced minerality.
