A limited-edition 2007-vintage Plantation Guyana rum that was initially matured in Guyana in ex-bourbon casks for 13 years, before being transported to France where it spent a year in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks and a final seven months in a Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey cask. Aromas of oak spice, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, tar, roast chestnuts, summer berries, thyme and honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of oranges, plums, peaches, maple syrup, molasses and leather throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
