This classic Australian blend of Shiraz (60%) and Cabernet (40%) is ruby in colour, bright and smells of summer berry fruits, strawberries, raspberries, musk sweets and freshly baked pastries. There is an underlying black olive, herbal element credited to the Cabernet. This medium bodied wine has an explosive, fruit driven and concentrated mid palate highlighting the red fruit characteristics. The tannins are firm and grippy both adding texture and hinting at the youthfulness of this wine. This wine can be drunk now and will develop over time.
