Marc Brédif Vouvray is crafted from meticulously hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes, ensuring their utmost integrity and allowing for initial bunch selection in the vineyard. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting must is clarified over a period of 18 to 24 hours to achieve pristine clarity. The must then undergoes controlled temperature fermentation, followed by 9 months of aging on lees in a tank. The resulting wine is a refreshing, slightly off-dry white, perfectly suited for pairing with freshwater fish.
