Hailing from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy and using 100% Pinot Bianco grapes, a rarity in the region, this has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, and the nose is dominated by aromas of white flowers, tropical fruit, and hints of almond. On the palate, it is elegant and full-bodied with refreshing acidity and flavours of ripe pear, white peach, and a touch of minerality. It has a long and persistent finish that is both complex and harmonious. A versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes, from seafood to poultry to creamy pasta dishes.
