Hush Heath Balfour Rose 2018

Pale salmon pink, with a fine bead and a sustained mousse. Beautifully fresh with hints of English strawberry and peppery spice. Dry and crisp with well-balanced acidity. The richness and body reflect the ripeness of this vintage. Spice, white pepper, raspberry and hints of vanilla combine, resulting in a deliciously complex sparkling wine.
