This exceptional 1995 vintage Cognac is crafted mainly from Ugni Blanc, with a touch of Folle Blanche. Matured in 350-litre casks, including eight months in new oak before resting in old Limousin barrels, it was bottled at 43% ABV. The nose and palate reveal dusty cocoa, oily walnut, and dulce de leche, complemented by hints of apple, blackberry crumble, and orange shortbread, delivering elegance and depth.
