Grown in one of the coolest sites in the Uco Valley, the Gran Enemigo Gualtallary Cabernet Franc has 15% Malbec in the blend and is packed full of fresh acidity, complex layers of red and black fruits and Cab Franc’s hallmark bell pepper aromatics. Five different harvest times ensured the grapes were perfectly balanced and final wine was aged in second and third use French oak to soften and add texture. Robert Parker suggests a drinking word of 2023 – 2034.
