Benoit’s breezy, scrumptious Passetoutgrain blends three parcels in Morey-Saint-Denis, comprising two-thirds Gamay and one-third Pinot Noir which are vinified and aged separately in stainless steel and blended just prior to bottling. Gentle in tannins, bursting with red fruits, and shot through with lip-smacking acidity, this is an exceptional but classic version of the genre.
