Mostly Sangiovese with a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s aged for 15 months in large oak barrels for depth and polish. Bursting with ripe cherry, herbs and a touch of Mediterranean spice, it’s elegant, silky and full of character. Fresh yet ready to enjoy, it pairs beautifully with pasta, red meats, game or aged cheeses.
