This is a wine that could be described as the “most traditional” of the estate. Indeed, tailored for keeping in the cellar, it reveals complex, typical aromas, with a character that is at the same time wild and fresh. The nose reveals aromas of dark fruit, wild cherry and hints of liquorice. After a short period of aeration, the nose offers notes of leather and game with light forest notes. It is powerful, and the palate is both structured and fleshy with silky tannins but also elegant with great freshness.
