El Gobernador Pisco

Miguel Torres presents the El Gobernador pisco, made from Muscat grapes to become an aromatic spirit with floral flavours. With a name that translates from Spanish to ‘The Governor,’ the spirit was first created by Spanish settlers in Peru and Chile; this iteration possesses notes of citrus before transforming into a long and creamy finish.
