From high altitude (750 – 850m) sustainably grown organic grapes, this wine is a blend of 70% Monastrell and 30% Tempranillo. Vibrant, deep coloured, rich aromas of red summer fruit, cassis and sage. Well polished juicy tannins, intense silky fruit, forward finish. Perfect with barbecues, rice and pasta dishes, jamon, chorizo and cured cheeses.
