Blushing Monkey is a beautifully spiced, delightfully fruity gin that changes colour—from translucent to a pearlescent pink—when tonic is added. It begins with a juniper-rich base, infused by macerating crushed black grapes in Gutsy Monkey Winter Gin. Resulting in a fruity twist that’s sweet yet perfectly balanced. Just pour over tonic to watch it bloom into a soft pink haze.
