Don Papa Sherry Cask

A limited-edition rum from Don Papa, matured initially in ex-bourbon casks for four years before being finished in four different types of sherry cask for 18 months – Fino sherry, Pedro Ximenez sherry, cream sherry and Palo Cortado sherry. The result is a fruity, spicy rum with notes of Christmas cake, dates, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet sherry and creamy vanilla.
