On the nose, notes of vanilla, apricot and stewed mango herald the creaminess on the palate. The citrus flavours are lively, but the palate remains pastry-like: with an explosion of vanilla cream, apricot and citrus. A hint of cinnamon completes the aromatic unfolding.
