From an area best known for producing red wines, this Mercurey Blanc represents brilliant Burgundian value! It is from a vineyard that uses no chemicals and pesticides on its estate and only natural yeasts are used for the fermentation. 100% Chardonnay with lovely citrus aromas, attractive flavours of caramel and a mineral finish.
