Carménère is quite famous for having green, leafy aromas that have put many people off in the past. In recent years however, it has been refreshing to see Chilean wine producers dialling it back a bit and this wine is a perfect example. Check out that sumptuous, opulent fruit set with oodles of freshness on the palate and a beautiful, chalky mineral finish. This is modern Carménère at its very best.
