Chateau Gairoird Provence Rose 2022

A classic, pale rose-gold rosé. A very pretty herbal, red fruits and white peppery nose followed by a fresh, moreish acidity on the palate. A well balanced, Provence rosé. Well-suited to a wide range of dishes, crab fritters, tuna tartare, grilled salmon, linguine with tomato and olive sauce.
