A blend is 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris (highly unusual to have so much of this), and 10% Semillon. The wine is fermented in barriques and then aged in the same for six months, which gives texture, body, and fullness to match the citrus notes. Lovely length and tightness to the palate ensure that this will cellar for a good few years but, of course, not absolutely necessary!
