Adeus’ (Goodbye) is the title of a Galician poem by one of the most famous poets of Galicia, Rosalia de Castro. A blend of Treixadura and Torrontés, its packed with lime and ripe peach accompanied by hints of dry herbs. On the palate it’s refreshing and bright with hints of apricot. An excellent pair to grilled octopus, monkfish fillet or shrimps in garlic sauce.
