Gorgeous Passimiento that quickly wins over everyone who tries it. Bright intense red fruit on the nose displaying lots of sweet cherry and berry fruit. The palate is warm and full-bodied with harmonious acidity and smooth and elegant tannins. It’s composed of a blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato where the Nero d’Avola grapes were allowed to partially dry on the vines to concentrate their flavours, while the Frappato grapes were harvested earlier to retain more of their freshness. The balance of these two creates the alluring appeal of this wine.
