Ayoub Anonimo Vineyard Pinot Noir 2019

Captivating nose with a medley of spices, black cherry and savoury notes. Harmonious on the palate with refined tannins that envelopes a core of spiced dark red fruit and orange peel accented with minerals.  This wine was fermented with 10% Whole Cluster. Drink now but will develop beautifully with time.
