A few nice Stouts & Porters have just arrived with us today!

A few nice Stouts and Porters have just arrived with us today from The Wild Beer Co and Tiny Rebel Brewery. They are all available now both in store and online.

The Wild Beer Co – Millionaire – Salted Caramel & Chocolate – Milk Stout – 4.7% Vol – 33cl Bottle

Sometimes a drink can make you feel so decadent it’s like you’re a millionaire; this beer wraps you in a velvety cocoon, dresses you in a smart suit and takes you out for a special night on the tiles.

Sweet and salty collide in this rich, balanced and smooth dessert stout. Lactose, caramel and high quality Valrhona cocoa nibs provide a chocolate and caramel backbone alongside the roasty malts whilst the Cornish Sea Salts gives a savoury salty kick, raising this beautiful beer above the norm.

You can buy The Wild Beer Co – Millionaire here.

The Wild Beer Co – Wildebeest – Espresso, Chocolate & Vanilla – Stout – 11% Vol – 33cl Bottle

Ideal for contemplation and speculation, this is the liquid equivalent of the lotus position. Our Imperial espresso chocolate vanilla stout, Wildebeest is a judicious selection of pale and dark malts to which is added the highest quality Valrhona cocoa nibs and freshly roasted Columbian coffee.

Best enjoyed sipped from your favourite brandy snifter, while sitting comfortably in a plush armchair, preferably next to a roaring fire.

The vanilla pods add something a little special to the character of the beer. Helping produce an elegant, creamy, soothing confection of aromas and flavours. It’s like a rich dessert in a glass.

You can buy the Wild Beer Co – Wildebeest here.

The Wild Beer Co – Nebula – Hazy IPA – 5% Vol – 33cl Can

A Hazy IPA with low bitterness, but big hop character. We like to make beers we like to drink – this is one style we can’t ignore. Sit back and enjoy our tropical-breakfast-juice-like IPA packed with exciting new hops.

Nebula is a showcase of yeast embracing hops. The Vermont Ale Yeast, is responsible for the hazy appearance as it clings to the hop particles left over from extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually contributes a whole host of fruity esters, which can come across as peachy by themselves but in the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile we have selected.

You can buy The Wild Beer Co – Nebula here.

Tiny Rebel Brewery – Stay Puft – Marshmallow Porter – 5.2% Vol – 33cl Can

This marshmallow porter has the classic roasty qualities of a proper dark ale, whilst the marshmallow gives it a smooth sweetness, both combining for a delightful, S’mores-like ale. A sweet treat for the cold winter nights.

Our first brew of this luxurious dark ale sold out in just 36 hours!

You can buy Tiny Rebel Brewery – Stay Puft here.

Twice gold medal winning gin added to our range!

We are always exciting to add a new gin to our range. Especially when it’s a double gold medal winner!

Pink pepper gin has been designed to be an entirely unique, intense and aromatic gin one which will age and evolve both in the bottle and in the glass. When the bottle is young or when diluted or chilled fresher, spicy notes of pink pepper, juniper and cardamom are prominent. Over time, however, the liquid evolves and warms up allowing notes of patisserie; vanilla, Tonka and honey to come to the forefront. On the palate the gin is full bodied and intensely aromatic, thus it is perfect for sipping or in cocktails.

Audemus Spirits – Pink Pepper Gin is available now both in store and from our website.
