A generous, characterful Southern Rhône red bursting with ripe blackberry, crushed plum and juicy damson, wrapped in a savoury lining of garrigue herbs and ground black pepper. Whole-cluster fermentation lends a pleasingly rustic texture, while fine, dusty tannins and a vibrant line of acidity bring structure and momentum. It finishes with notes of tapenade, liquorice and warm spice, making it wonderfully complete and characterful.
