Thanks to an Atlantic breeze, this Albariño shares the same lively, mineral-laden quality of good, bone-dry Riesling. Although it can equally be enjoyed young and fresh, two years in the cellar have brought out its wonderful viscosity and fleshiness. The sole-mate of seafood, Albariño pairs beautifully with clams, lobster, fish, mussels, and oysters, but this is also excellent with Asian cuisine, beef or tuna tartare.
