Rich ruby in colour with aromas of red fruits, spices, and a hint of minerality, on the palate it is full-bodied with balanced acidity and firm tannins, offering flavours of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of pepper. The volcanic soil enhances its unique flavours, making it a great pairing with grilled meats, pasta dishes and hard cheeses.
