Quinta do Vesuvio is part of the mighty Symington Family Estate. The Pombal de Vesuvio has pretty floral aromatics on the nose that mingle with milk chocolate notes and dark fruits. The palate is opulent and open with yet more dark fruits and black cherry characters; clove spice and peppery tannins balanced with fine tannins. Delicious now but with the ability to age further in bottle.
