Domaine Edmond Cornu & Fils is a long-standing family estate in the northern Côte de Beaune, farming 15.5 hectares across Chorey, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton and Ladoix, with sustainable vineyard practices recognised with Agriculture Raisonnée certification. Hand-harvested grapes are fully destemmed, fermented, then aged 18 months in oak. The wine shows ripe blackberry and wild cherry with subtle vanilla, a fleshy, structured palate and elegant finish. Perfect with roasted meats or game.
