Made from the finest Cannonau grapes, this Sardinian red is vinified and aged for six months in Georgian amphorae, softening the tannins while preserving purity of fruit. Aromas of morello cherry, mulberry, white pepper and earthy spice lead to a full-bodied palate with smooth tannins and a long, elegant finish. A perfect match for roast meats, hearty stews, spiced dishes or the Sardinian classic, Su Porcheddu.
